We are unable to refund postal fees for exchanges or refunds, all shipping back to us in those instances are paid for by you.
If on receipt of the returned goods we discover that they are not in the original packaging, have been used or tampered with by you they will not be replaced or refunded and goods will be returned to you at your expense.
If you are wishing to return items for exchange please be aware that you will be charged shipping. Shipping costs can only refunded to the card or paypal account used to make the initial purchase. Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Whilst we try to ensure that you receive the goods that you ordered in pristine condition, sometimes mistakes do happen. If you do not receive your correct or items are faulty or damaged please do contact me immediately. We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive the correct items (if in stock) within 3 working days. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item you will be refunded any delivery charges back onto your Paypal account or credit card used to make the initial order.
Items may be delivered to a home or business address, please after ordering check your confirmation email to ensure that the information is correct. If you find a mistake please do get in touch as soon as possible, if your order has already been shipped we are not responsible for retrieving your order. If we receive your item back as a result of incorrect information supplied please be aware that shipping costs will apply.
Quotes for delivery times are working days only. Please allow 3 extra working days during times of high demand or over bank holidays or the Christmas period.
If your order hasn’t arrived please allow 7 working days before contacting us. All ordered are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.
Each delivery will be attempted twice. Any Failed deliveries after this may be sent back to us and re-delivery charges will apply.
If you have not received your order within the time frame specified at checkout then please contact us. We will not be held responsible for deliveries left in safe places, at third parties on your instruction or at courier depots after 7 days. If returned to us after seven days charges will apply.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges Un-used Items
You may exchange items if they are in the original packaging and un-used within the 30 day period after purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
